This Policy explains how ProjectPixel.art handles refunds, payment disputes, chargebacks, and payment reversals. By purchasing pixels through the Website, you agree to this Policy.
All purchases made through ProjectPixel.art are final. Because purchased pixels are immediately allocated to the purchaser and removed from the available marketplace, refunds are not provided except where required by applicable law.
Refunds will not be granted for:
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Because pixels are a digital service that is allocated to you immediately, this right ends once allocation has begun — but only where you have agreed to this.
At checkout you are asked to confirm that you request immediate allocation of your pixels and that you acknowledge you lose your statutory right to cancel once the service has begun. By providing that confirmation and completing your purchase, your cancellation right ends as soon as allocation starts.
Users are responsible for reviewing their purchase before completing payment. By submitting payment, the user confirms that:
A chargeback occurs when a purchaser asks their bank or card provider to reverse a payment. If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated:
We reserve the right to investigate suspicious transactions and cooperate with payment processors, banks, law enforcement agencies, and regulatory authorities where necessary. Evidence retained may include:
Payments on ProjectPixel.art are processed through Stripe. We do not store payment card details. Payment processing, fraud monitoring, and transaction verification may be performed by Stripe in accordance with its own policies and procedures.
Where a chargeback is later reversed in favour of ProjectPixel.art, we are not obligated to restore removed pixels if those pixels have subsequently been purchased by another user. Any reinstatement will be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to pixel availability and the circumstances of the dispute.
Users who repeatedly initiate chargebacks that are determined by the payment processor or card issuer to be invalid or fraudulent may have their accounts permanently terminated.
Nothing in this Policy limits any statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
