ProjectPixel.art provides a digital canvas consisting of a 1000 × 1000 pixel grid where users may purchase available pixels and associate them with content including text, images, profile information, and hyperlinks. Pixel purchases grant the purchaser a licence to occupy the purchased pixels on the canvas indefinitely, subject to these Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by law in your country, to create an account. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Users must create an account before purchasing pixels. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

All pixel purchases are final. Purchased pixels remain associated with the purchaser's account unless removed under these Terms. Pixels may contain:

• Text
• Images
• Hyperlinks
• Profile information

Subject to compliance with these Terms. Ownership of a purchased pixel does not transfer ownership of the Website, underlying software, platform, or intellectual property.

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind
• Inactivity
• Account suspension
• Removal of content for policy violations

If a payment dispute, chargeback, or payment reversal occurs, the associated pixels may be removed from the canvas and made available for purchase again.

Users must not upload, publish, link to, or promote content that:

• Contains pornography or adult material
• Contains nudity or sexually explicit content
• Promotes hate speech or discrimination
• Promotes violence or illegal activities
• Contains malicious software or harmful code
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Harasses, threatens, or abuses others
• Violates any applicable law

We reserve the sole right to remove content that violates these Terms. Removal may occur without notice. No refund will be issued for content removed under this section.

Users are solely responsible for all content submitted to the Website. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right to use the content.
• The content does not infringe any third-party rights.
• The content complies with these Terms.

Users remain legally responsible for any content they publish.

Users retain ownership of content they lawfully upload. By submitting content to ProjectPixel.art, users grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to display, store, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for operating and promoting the Website. All Website software, branding, designs, databases, and platform functionality remain the property of ProjectPixel.art and its owners.

If you believe content on the Website infringes your copyright, please contact us at info@projectpixel.art. We reserve the right to remove allegedly infringing content while investigating complaints.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Website. The Website may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime, maintenance, technical failures, or third-party service interruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProjectPixel.art shall not be liable for:

• Indirect losses
• Consequential losses
• Loss of profits
• Loss of business opportunities
• User-generated content
• Third-party websites linked through purchased pixels

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• Access to the account may be revoked.
• Associated pixels may be removed.
• No refund shall be due.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
